We worked closely with the iKamper team to dig into what was and wasn’t working, spotting friction points along the customer journey and finding opportunities to improve the experience. From there, we created a cleaner, more intuitive design that does a better job of showing off the brand’s value and benefits. We simplified the site structure, made the product storytelling more engaging, and added clearer calls-to-action to help guide people from browsing to buying. In the end, the updates made the whole experience feel smoother and more compelling—leading to stronger engagement and higher conversion rates.
