Founded in 1983, the Winemaker's Database is a comprehensive software package that integrates all aspects of the winemaking process from grape to bottle. They pride themselves on providing the most advanced wine production management software available along with outstanding customer support to wineries around the world.

Having designed and developed their previous website in 2011, we were excited to work with the Winemaker's Database as a return client, entrusting us once more with the overall web presence of their brand. They reached out seeking a professional, modermarketing site to showcase their products and services for both new and existing customers. We provided nothing short of an overhaul from top to bottom, complete with custom illustrations, custom content, and an entirely new custom content management system to back it up.

Yep—we created modern custom icons to represent their software modules for use throughout the site, setting a fun tone that aligns with their brand's underlying strategy.

Crafted With Care

Offering the most advanced software available to their clients, it was important that WMDB's new site made it clear that they are on the cutting edge of technology. Our main priority on the homepage was to bring it up to a modern design worthy of their success. In doing so, we added playful touches with painted edgework and subtle textures making the design totally unique to them. Users can now also gain information and access to WMDB's software modules in a much more user-friendly way directly on the homepage.

Bottled With Precision

The crown jewel of WMDB's new site is truly their newly designed software page. Users can now scroll through each of WMDB's offerings and software modules, and customize a software package to meet their requirements. Users can learn more about each module offered and even calculate their own monthly pricing thanks to our own new monthly price calculator.

Mobile Thirst. Er, First.

Let's be honest, most winemakers are on their feet the majority of the day. They're busy and don't always have time to get to their desk to check out new ways to improve their production. That's why it was important that we fully optimize the site for tablet and mobile making life for winemakers just a little bit easier.
